Concrete, no clichés — what works with recruiters.

Time-to-hire and placement numbers are your quota

Recruitment is a measurable field. Time-to-hire, placement count, offer-acceptance rate, candidate NPS. Write the numbers exactly: "38 hires in 2024 (target 30); time-to-hire 28 days (department average 41)". This is how TA leaders rank you.

ATS tooling and sourcing stack

Which ATS have you actively used? Greenhouse, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee, Lever. Which sourcing tools? LinkedIn Recruiter, Hiretual/SeekOut, GitHub search for tech, Boolean for LinkedIn Free. For in-house corporate roles this is a filter.

Sector specialism and seniority

Tech recruiter, finance recruiter, healthcare recruiter — niche specialism carries weight. State which type of roles and which skills/stacks you actively recruit for. "Senior software engineers Java/Go" is stronger than "tech roles".
