Budget, scope and timeline — all three
For PM roles three metrics are the currency: project budget, FTE/scope, and delivery vs. plan. "Led modernisation of the payments platform: 28 FTE, £5.6M budget, delivered 3 months ahead of plan" says more than half a page of adjectives. If you delivered on-budget and on-time, mention it. If you delivered ahead of plan, that's an interview trigger.
Methodology + certification
PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM and Scrum Master belong in your skills or in a separate certifications section. For enterprise roles in the UK, PMP or PRINCE2 is often a hard filter. Mention the methodology you actually use (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid) and which tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana).
Steering committee and stakeholder level
At senior level, executives are looking for someone who can operate in steering committees. State concretely at what level you reported ("steering committee with CFO + CIO + COO", "monthly reporting to the board"). This distinguishes junior from senior PMs in seconds.
