Care providers filter on: care qualification (NVQ 2 / 3, Level 3 Diploma), level (Care Assistant / Senior Carer / Team Leader), and care setting (dementia / nursing / learning disability / domiciliary). Put that combination on the first line. Stating a Senior Carer / Lead Carer role immediately signals seniority.

Care planning systems explicit

Person Centred Software, Nourish, Log my Care, KareInn — which systems have you used? For care providers this is a filter — new staff who can work in their system from day 1 are preferred. List it under skills.

Apprentice mentoring is a differentiator

Mentoring Level 2 apprentices is a strong status marker — care providers value people who can pass on knowledge. State the number of apprentices supervised and pass rate if you have it.
